About the Author
Robyn Godfrey is a passionate runner, RRCA Certified Level 1 coach, and motivational speaker who began her running journey at the age of 47. What started as a way to reclaim her health and confront her relationship with alcohol quickly transformed into an inspiring quest that led her to complete seven marathons, including the prestigious World Marathon Majors: London, Chicago, Berlin, Boston, New York, and Tokyo.

A committed member of the Wilmington Road Runners Club since 2013, Robyn has coached and paced numerous runners, empowering others to achieve their own goals. She has also volunteered with organizations like Girls on the Run, supporting young girls in their personal growth and running journeys.

Robyn’s story serves as a powerful reminder that success is not defined by one's pace or position, but by the courage to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles.
